Notable Cases

Representing the family of a woman who suffered cardiac arrest and subsequent brain damage under anaesthetic in the 1970s resulted in a settlement for £800,000.00.

A delay in diagnosing a pituitary tumour was also settled for a similar amount.

A claim against a G.P. whereby the G.P. failed to notice signs of stroke which settled for £1,000,000.00.
